Paperweight - Imperial

These unique pieces were found only in purple until Gary Senkar dicovered one in marigold. They are 5 1/2 inches long, 3 1/8 inches across and 1 1/8 inch tall. They have the NUCUT, Iron Cross, and NUART marks on the inside bottom.

Along one long side are the words "Imperial Glass Company Bellaire Ohio USA".

Along the other long side are the words "Imperial Art Glass".

It is thought that these were made as souvenirs to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Imperial Glass Company.

They are considered scarce.
