Keystone Carnival Glass Club Souvenir - L.E. Smith
In 1975, the Keystone Carnival Glass Club issued this souvenir ashtray. The maker is thought to be L.E. Smith, although the piece is not marked. Keystone may have issued the souvenir to raise money to help host the ICGA convention held in Allentown PA that year. Notice the symbol used by Keystone on the upper left of their December 1988 newsletter. It matches the symbol in the center of the ashtray.
In 1980, Keystone had made this Quilted Diamond toothpick holder as a favor for convnetion attendees. The toothpick is etched on the bottom "KCGC 1980".
